Office hours defined:
  • Clinician will be available for employees to schedule 15-30 minute sessions to vent, explore solution-focused strategies to manage stress and avoid burn-out. 
  • Office hour sessions are not therapy sessions, rather consultations. Clinician can refer out or help employee link to outpatient services if they need additional support. 
  • On-site office hours are available for an extra fee and will be limited to clinician’s availability. 
staff debriefs/supports defined:
  • In the event of a critical incident (tragedy, death, loss) within the company or in the local area where employees can be impacted, clinician will provide short-term mental health support (individual or group settings) 
  • These sessions are not therapy sessions, rather crisis support for regulation and stabilization. Clinician can refer out or help employee link to outpatient services if they need additional support.
